Founded in 1987 by Nonito and Diana Limchua. It was originally named as Fil Vision Cable TV. It pioneered to be the largest cable television provider in Negros Oriental. Filproducts Service Cable TV Inc has come a long way from its beginnings in Ozamiz City. When Nonito Limchua first started out, his passion for communications and broadcast drove them to start their own business.
